Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown

Great location,rooms were nice. Wonderful restaurant and bar

I needed to leave early (6:15 a.m.) and there was very limited availability for breakfast and no coffee!!!

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel well located for walking access to downtown and restaurants. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Jackie at the front desk even researched and printed out directions for us. We particularly like to stay at this property during the Annapolis boat show. We will be back!

Staff, with the exception of front desk and cleaning staff on one day, location, car retrieval

Carpets were stained, bed linens were not changed when requested, bathroom door did not latch, no stationery, note paper or writing utensil, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, room not cleaned until 4:00 on Saturday afternoon, expense of parking

Location and staff not to mention a very comfortable bed.

Slight musty smell but added the 'old hotel' feel. Wallpaper in bathroom needs to be updated.

Recommended by others, we were there for PPW at the US Naval Academy. Front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Gave great recommendations on restaurants. Young man at valet service - very attentive. Female bartender on Thursday night was fantastic, went out of her way to make us feel very welcome; even went so far as to fix a small cheese plate when we were hungry even though the kitchen was closed. Rooms were always clean, beds were extremely comfortable.

The male bartender on Saturday night, obviously did NOT want to be there.

We found a warm and friendly welcome at the hotel. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location quite convenient for sightseeing. The plentiful breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.

It has a lovely feel to it; perhaps a bit European. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We liked the Irish feel!!!

The only problem was the lighting. My husband and I like to do crossword puzzles, but the lighting over the beds was not bright enough to see the numbers.

The location could not have been better. We found some great restaurants and just loved the city. We did not need our car for two days! The hotel was quiet and we found it very relaxing. Everyone was very nice!

The fitness center was disappointing in that there were no clean towels and no water for two days.

Close to everything in Annapolis, clean, well appointed and great staff. The room was very nice, great value.

I was very pleased with the quality of the room for an afordable rate in a great part of the city. Thanks, I will be back. Curt Miller

Always a great experiance @ the hotel. Have stayed there (3) times & have never been dissappointed.

The shower heads in the bathrooms could stand an updating.
